So, I’ve lived in Chicago for a little under 6 months now, and have yet to actually make any of my own friends. There are people that I’ve met through my girlfriend, but that’s not the same as finding people to befriend on my own. With that being said, I joined Meetup groups and nothing interesting ever came out of it. I decided to start my own Meetup, specifically catering to the lesbian community in Chicago. I want to be able to meet women like myself, and expand my extremely small social circle.

I don’t know how to really do this, but I’m trying it out anyway. If anyone would be interested in joining, go ahead and request! The city is too large to not have any friends!
